Are you saying that a massive wave of the GOP base will draft Palin in Tampa? How exactly do you think could possibly happen if she hasn't entered a single primary or a single debate? She's largely irrelevant at this point in terms of choosing the 2012 nominee.
LOL, I wouldn't be surprised.
Yet another personal attack from a Palin supporter. It's becoming a pattern the past two months. She's a quitter. Deal with it.
>> Unfortunately, it resembles something more akin to vilification, vitriol, pettiness, and middle school venting than anything resembling content.
When you finally post something of import, please let me know. I love to be proved wrong.<<
I need not prove you wrong. You proved yourself wrong.
All with a brain can look at your latest post and come to the same conclusion: “wait, CCdn didn’t actually spell out what he/she/it considers to be ironic. Like many liberals, he/she/it attempts to be coy when entrapped by a specific proposition. It doesn’t mean CCdn is a liberal, merely that he/she/it uses liberal thought processes.”
Your original post remains a non sequitur and you haven’t rehabilitated it by oblique statements.
Your concept of “irony” doesn’t resemble the real-world definition of the word and at this point I recommend you take the most sage advice of all time: when in a ditch and you have the shovel, the first step in getting out of the ditch is to stop digging.
That’s a possibility. The woman is anything but stupid. And I think she sees more clearly than many who support or supported her. Whatever, I really am happy for her and her family that they won’t have the weight of the decision, much less campaigning, hanging around their necks any more.
As Christie said, it’s very flattering to have so many people wanting you to do something so big as running for POTUS. But you ultimately have to do what’s best for you and your family. I’m sure a good part of SP would love to be in the mix this year, but she made the wiser, politically selfless decision not to go forward.
Well, I very much agree and - contradicting my earlier post - really it is too early to be calling anyone the winner. No votes have been recorded, no primaries. People should back to the hilt the candidate that fits their philosophies the best. For me, I can’t seem to come up with anyone that fits the bill - but I will take any of them, vote for any of them to oust Obama.
ROFL! Perfect post.
>>Romeny = Obama, just paler<<
On your head be it if I finish and post the lyrics of “a Romney shade of Obama” Procol Harem knockoff you have inspired...
Just an idea, Charles... :) ;)
Conservatives in Texas don’t care all that much for Romney.
Make that “Conservatives in Texas don’t care all that much for Perry.”
I didn’t know Jobs had passed. Dang, so young! All that he had for all of us taken with him.
It is a loss for all of us — he had great vision and walked a completely unique path.
RIP, Mr. Jobs.
LOL. Yeah, like THAT would ever happen. JR has already weighed in on that possibility with a NO.
>>Its not going to happen so its just an annoying hypothetical.<<
You an get a creme for those.
Just sayin’...
We shall see how you’re doing when your boy goes down... and he will.
editor-surveyor quite literally thought that Rupert Murdoch was paying pollsters to dampen Palin’s chances and make her seem low in the polls. I’ll pull up the posts if I have to, but e-s can just admit his delusions and we’re good.
McCain no, but Romney is not McCain and Romney IS Obama.
People need to understand that Romney is no different than Obama. He isn’t the lesser of two evils, he is the same evil only a bit worse because he lies and pretends to be a Republican while standing against EVERYTHING the Republican party should stand for.
I too am saddened, but now realize this is why she didn't run:
I would guess she can make a difference in 6-8 Senate races and 25-30 house races through both campaign stops and raising money for those individuals.
I honestly think she thought this was more important than running for President - and possibly losing - and losing those senate and house races.
She'll Be Back!
Now, let's refocus on job one: Defeating Obama!
No, they are the same on all important issues. Voting for Romney is a vote for the destruction of this country!
But we can’t appease them, we need to defeat them. And right now I feel like we are losing. its frustrating
