A Newsmax/InsiderAdvantage poll shows businessman and radio talk-host Herman Cain now leading former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney among likely GOP primary voters in the fight for the 2012 Republican nomination. The exclusive poll, taken in the past 24 hours, shows Cain vaulting Romney 26 percent to 24 percent. The poll has a margin of error of 4.4 percent. Several other polls show similar results, establishing Cain as the new grass-roots frontrunner deadlocked with Romney, the establishment Republican choice. A new CBS poll showed Cain and Romney deadlocked, with each candidate garnering 17 percent of the vote. And a Quinnipiac University poll released Thursday shows Romney leading Cain 22 percent to 17 percent a statistical tie due to the polls margin of error.

I am so delighted with Mr. Cain's recent successes that I don't feel much like attacking other Republican candidates at this time. I think that is what the opposition hopes for everyday. As Gov. Romney, Gov. Perry, and Rep. Paul lose support to Mr. Cain we will be defending Mr. Cain against a lot of unfair attacks here from their supporters. It is already starting mostly from Mr. Perry's supporters. I will defend Mr. Cain to the best of my ability and try to remind the attackers that their efforts are playing into the hands of our real opponents.

lol! Sounds very similar to my situation. My road is about 1.5 miles long and I am at the end. No one even turns around here as there is ample opportunity to do so earlier. And we get our mail at a rural box 1.5 miles away where the road begins so even the mailman won't see it.
I want a 4'x8' sign that I can mount in the back of one of my trucks and park it on an overpass on a neighboring freeway. Attaching it to the fencing on the bridge is strictly prohibited but they can say nothing as long as it is on the bed of my truck and I am legally parked. I've done that before.

Thanks for the link. I watched it, and he did well.
Bless him for calmly and firmly standing by his beliefs on homosexuality and abortion. No waffling, no apologies.

As Rush says so often, all a candidate has to do is proclaim the conservative message clearly and people will flock to that candidate.

justsaynomore, thank you for the information that you have been sharing on Herman Cain here for the past year. I had been so focused on Sarah Palin that I did not take a serious look at Herman Cain even after you posted something to me around a year ago. It must feel very good for you to see him take off like this and have so many take notice all at once. I sent the campaign as much much money as I could afford last week. I sensed that the timing was critical. If you have a ping list please add me to it. Thanks again!

Two weeks ago, the media was telling us that this was a two-man race between Romney and Perry. Now look where we stand? Never, EVER believe what you are told on TV.

she was like a little girl listening to a minister. I doubt whether this can last, but Mr. Cain's quick wit and sincerity seems to charm these media snakes. It is almost a little scary. Oh thank you for watching so I don't have to. Your report just about makes me giddy.
The imagery of Whoopi the little girl looking at Cain the minister cracks me up.
