Rick Perry will be the next President of the United States if I have anything to do with it.
Who am I? I’m a mom, a doctor, a business owner, a former Michigander, Californian and New Yorker, a conservative with a libertarian streak, a Tea Party attender and reporter, a blogger, an activist, and for 14 years, a Texan.

This is a good read. With, I think, some good thinking.
I know, I know...Perry loves illegals, wants to sell the US to Merck, and thinks everyone who disagrees with him is "heartless".
Read it anyway. Maybe we walk away with a little different slant.

I think there are a lot of crazy people on this site who are ruthlessly trashing Perry even though they also despise Romney.
They apparently feel certain that Cain or Palin will certainly be an option for them.
But Palin might not get in, and Cain might fizzle or implode. Then what?
I think it is extremely poor tactics for anyone to trash any of the GOP candidates unless they genuinely think that that candidate is the worst of them all.
