Actually, if you get thrown into the slammer in an Islamofacist country, they do not provide you with food at all. It is up to your family or consulate or mosque to bring you the food.
What do you suppose would happen if we tried it their way?

maybe we should try it their way, so now we don’t give them any food, throw them in a cell with 15 other guys and don’;t let them out for weeks.
