Naw, Obama would pardon Holder before letting him do time. But I look for a resignation from Holder before Thanksgiving.

Doesn’t he have to be convicted before he can be pardoned?

If he can be kept twisting in the wind and tried after there is a new

President, the Kenyan will not be able to declare a pardon.

Yes, we will have a Thanksgiving Turkey served up with all the trimmings.

Holder has a dilemma...he can say he did not understand the question (when he already knew what was to be asked so he would admit being unprepared) or he can say he forgot (thereby saying he did not review any records before he was asked a question he knew would be asked). Either way he comes out as incomptent. Meanwhile, Nero continues to fiddle away as the rest of his henchmen grind down the US.
