Mittens would be a nose pincher for me. Think a little bit before you start jumping to conclusions and maybe some would start to take your posts seriously.

"No matter how many times you or the other Palin-Paul or whomever posters say that, it doesn’t make it true."

Now that would be a wild ticket -- the only two who openly acknowledge that the US is broke, and that means statism must be cut off at the knees.

Good morning...

It will take the GOP establishment another month to realize that Mitt will NEVER be the nominee...his base of support is capped at between 25-30%..and the vast majority of the base doesn't want him.

Cain's rise is amazing, but also, look at Newt...absent any real exitement, unlike Cain, he's risen steadily in the polls..I wonder if Cain/Gingrich could be the ticket?

Mark Levin opened his radio show with this last evening. He was livid about Romney’s demogoguing on Social Security.

He went on to say that he cannot vote for Romney. Believe it or not he has never said that before, and he continues to say he has not yet chosen a candidate to support. But he has now decided that, among Republican candidates anyways, it will not be Romney. It will be one of the others.

In the general election, he said he will vote to get Obama out. If he has to vote Romney to get Obama out, he will steel himself and do it, but if will not be a vote FOR Romney.

He specifically mentioned Romney warning Seniors against a “Perry Scheme” on Social Security as he again and again puts down the truth that SS is a Ponzi Scheme. You could tell he was scared that Romney could be our nominee, and angry.

He didn’t say this part, but I’m adding it. Herman Cain is in the Romney Camp. Putting those two things together is even scarier, because that would, or could, mean a Romney/Cain ticket, or a Cain endorsement of Romney, leading to a cabinet post.

If you add the chance, and I’m only saying a chance, because I don’t know, of Sarah Palin getting in, look at what you get.

It chills me to the bone.

#7 Agreed. Mark Levine stated it best the other night when he said basically that "Perry can't debate/sell conservatism because at best it doesn't formulate his core values, and he doesn't truly believe in it."

My wife, who was raised in an environment where attacks from socialist FARC guerillas was a daily reality can sniff out a scumbag socialist sycophant.

She never said Perry was one of those, but she summed him up by saying "I don't trust him, I don't like him."

I won't translate what she said about romney.

Cheers!

Thank you for posting that. I didn’t hear Levin’s show. I wonder what Rush will comment on today.

Conservatives need to get behind Perry, as he is the one who can get the country working and repeal all this crap that’s been set in motion to control us.

Perry should lead as a CONSERVATIVE.

The PUBLIC LOVES CONSERVATIVES.

Have you followed the debates?

You’re welcome.

Levin has eight million listeners, because he’s Levin, nobody quite like him, and because he’s the “drive home radio host” for people commuting from work. Not that eight million is Rush’s league, or even Hannity’s, but it is a lot. He often hits stories that are breaking as he comes on air, and at that time of day he’s the only one speaking out.

I don’t know if it’s possible, because I don’t know the posting rules about certain sites and content, but I wish his words could be posted.

Mark Levin is very worried about the outcome of the Republican nomination. And he was very angry at Romney’s coming up with the “Perry Scheme” riff against Perry’s theme of Social Security reform.

People on here are playing with fire if they do not understand what Levin understands.

I hope you’ll enjoy Romney’s candidacy and Obama’s 4 more years. Because that’s what you’re going to get by killing off a good conservative candidate.

But there are much better candidates than either Perry or Romney...

Your saying that is so does not make it so. But I guess you are seeking to pin the blame on Cain. Typical of spinners on FR.

Quit blaming Perry's poor showing so far on anyone other than Perry. This was Perry's nomination to win. But no one is going to give it to him. I and many others with a few qualms about him were willing to give him a chance to address concerns we had about. He has failed in that regard. He has to realize he is not running for governor of Texas this time, but for president. I haven't seen him make that transition yet in his thinking.

I guess you only cherry-pick Levin's comments. Maybe you can address the Levin comment in post 33 as well:

Mark Levine stated it best the other night when he said basically that "Perry can't debate/sell conservatism because at best it doesn't formulate his core values, and he doesn't truly believe in it."

And quite frankly, that is the best assessment of Perry I have seen so far. But I guess Levin must be dreadfully wrong here, after you sung his praises in his assessment of Romney.

None of the current candidates can get America working...Perry has proven he can get Mexico working, in Texas...

America will not work again until we get the jobs back from China...Until one of them addresses THAT issue, none of them are worth voting for...
