Amazon Best Sellers Rank: #136 in Movies & TV
Wonderful, but what is “The Undefeated”? And why should I buy it?
Not really. Glenn Beck mentions obscure stuff at #5000 on the list and by the end of the day it is #1 or 2. A quick glance at the stuff that is beating her in the top 100 is The Housewives of New Jersey, Bridesmaids and children's movies.
Buy it because you are tired of watching Pawn Stars. I purchased two copies at Wally World today, there were about ten left. Not sure what an initial quantity would be but there seemed to be two rows, both probably started full, I emptied the top one. I suspect it selling well, but GIGO.

Actually the DVD is rated #3 in the Documentary section on Amazon. Great for 1st day. Go Sarah!
but it’s a political documentary
Really?
Where’s Romney’s movie? Let’s compare apples to apples. Suppose someone did a movie about Santorum... I’m thinking that it would sell exactly the number of copies as he has close relatives. Let’s speculate about a Reagan film, BEFORE he was elected... I’m thinking epic fail. Your Beck analysis is also flawed. Beck might be able to marshall sales for a day, or a week, but I’m sure that sales drop off dramatically very quickly.
Sorry, I missed the memo. I’m not up on the latest Sara book. Now, number one on my “next purchase” list. I bought her first book as soon as it came out.
I think Wal-mart is where she will rule. When I checked out with my two copies today the clerk asked me if I liked her. Of course I said yes, but the interesting thing to me was that she noticed, or cared. At some point people will be driven to watch the film out of curiosity, and then the narrative will change. Another interesting aside: The clerk was Hispanic, and she was obviously unsure about her English so I thought it was strange that she would ask about my exotic DVD selection.
This book goes good with popcorn. (It’s a movie.)
That is very interesting indeed...
Shows you how out of touch I seem to be.

Reagan movies before he was elected POTUS didn't do bad at all. Even the made for TV one.
Apples to oranges, and you know it so it’s tedious to respond. I was speaking about a Reagan biopic, similar to Palin’s. No such was ever done, for good reason. Once again I must point out that every campaign comes to Palin’s threads to vent. It’s the only game in Freerepublic town. I’d be embarrassed to comment on a Romney thread if my only point in being there was to naysay.
Are you serious? There are no such threads on FR, unless they are to bash Mittens (I enjoy jumping in on those). Try rolling into Perry, Cain or Bachmann threads. Plenty of venom towards them and they are actual candidates. Why is it a slam on Palin to point out that her Amazon sales for the movie are not stellar? That is what we are discussing here.
I wouldn’t know, I’ve never been on one. Romney will never get a dime or a vote from me. I’ll go to the Libertarian Party again before I vote for that slimeball.
I only commented on your attempt to compare a Hollywood major motion picture with a biopic. The two simply cannot be compared in a realistic way. GREAT biopics have bombed RECENTLY. Palin’s will do very well, but if you mention Titanic you have jumped the shark.
I know what you meant on Reagan. I just thought of his last movie he made when I read your line. Thought I would slip it in because it was a funny retort to your question.
