Was Janet Reno ever held responsible for Ruby Ridge or Waco? People died then, too.

Just because she wasn’t doesn’t mean it COULDN’T have been done (or couldn’t still be done considering you’d be possibly charging her with murder - no statute of limitations).

Ruby Ridge occurred during the GHWB administration. I think William Barr was the AG at the time.

But nobody was held responsile ffor that travesty, either.

Janet Reno actually took personal responsibility for the actions at Waco. That was all it took for the press to say, OK this story is over. Nothing was ever done as to forcing her out after that because many believed Clinton had something on her. She would always fall on the sword after the many incidents of unlawful actions of the Clinton administration.
