There is absolutely no doubt that he’d be indicted if he were a Republican. Indicted and convicted.

I don’t think he’ll be indicted by the liberal establishment, though, and he certainly won’t be convicted by a DC jury.

Right. Who would indict him? With a corrupt DOJ and US attorneys, justice won't come through the system, at least during this Administration. Also, if Obama loses the 2012 election, he will pardon anyone who might be at risk.
