Honduras out of Florida? Operation Castaway, out of Tampa. The BATFE Special Agent In Charge there was SAC Virginia O’Brien, previously the SAC of the Phoenix Field Division, later promoted to the Deputy Assistant Director of ATF, but then stepped down to the position in Tampa. ... . That Operation Castaway involved arms smuggling to Honduras is also certain. More here and here.
