Wait until people realize that Perry’s Texas already has a Sharia Court.

Let’s look at how far Perry has allowed Sharia law to infiltrate the legal system in Texas. The following case (website included) should scare the crap out of you if you are an American Patriot and especially anyone who is truly a conservative.

It’s a divorce case but I’ll include a line that should get your attention.

Here’s the line from the case document found at the site.

On September 25, 2002, all five parties signed an "Arbitration Agreement." This document recites, in full, that the parties:

after consultation with their respective attorneys, agree to submit all claims and disputes among them to arbitration by the TEXAS ISLAMIC COURT, 888 s. Greenville Ave., suite 188, Richardson, Texas, as follows:

I’ll bet you didn’t know there was already a “TEXAS ISLAMIC COURT” did you.

Don’t let people tell you that a “little bit of Islam” ok or that “they are moderate Muslims”. Muslims and Islam are NOT compatible with a Free Republic or our Constitution.

I think you should gather up all your information and documentation and share it with every media outlet in the country.

Some asshats in Richardson don’t override the Texas legal system.

I hear Black Helicopters circling your house. Better get into the secret bomb shelter in your basement before the men in black pajamas grab your ass and put you on trial in one of Rick Perry’s Sharia Law courthouses in Austin.

I hear that the defendant stands for trial while sitting in a cage, just like Mubarak.

Good grief!

The parties had all signed an arbitration agreement, a legal contract. The case you are writing about was whether or not they all had to follow through with their contract.
The Texas Supreme Court found that *under Texas law,* a contract is a contract, even when you change your mind or your lawyer.

You should be really careful posting about things you don’t know or understand. It only lends fodder to those who would mock you, as happened here. (deservedly)

The “Islamic court” is an arbitration court under American law and deals with contract law, particularly with its family law aspects. It’s like Jews agreeing to submit family property settlement disputes to a rabbinical court or businesses submitting contractual disputes to the arbitration panels of the Chamber of Commerce.

Institutions like this are a long-established part of the American legal structure; they can only decide certain things, both parties have to accept the decision in advance, and naturally, it cannot conflict with American legal principles in any way.

Those who fought the "triumphal mosque" Muslims connived to build near hallowed 911 ground know that Muslims and Islam are NOT compatible with a Free Republic or our Constitution.

Did you know there was an ISLAMIC COURT operating in TEXAS? Gov Perry has enabled Sharia Court in Texas and has allowed Sharia law to infiltrate the Texas legal system.

WEB SITE http://www.2ndcoa.courts.state.tx.us/opinions/htmlopinion.asp?OpinionId=14601

EXCERPT On September 25, 2002, all five parties to the divorce signed an "Arbitration Agreement." This document recites, in full, that the parties: after consultation with their respective attorneys, agree to submit all claims and disputes among them to arbitration by the TEXAS ISLAMIC COURT, 888 S. REFERENCE Gov Perry addresses the Aga Khan: “It is a great honor to be in the presence of the Imam of 16 million Muslims around the world, a global humanitarian leader, a man of peace with a pluralistic vision for people around the world, His Highness, the Aga Khan, the 49th Hereditary Imam of the Shia Imami Ismaili Muslims. Your Highness, on behalf of 23 million Texans, and over 600,000 thousand Muslims living in Texas, I extend our heartfelt appreciation for your 50 years of great international leadership.

We are delighted to welcome you to the Lone Star State and participate in the celebration of your Golden Jubilee. I am also grateful to the many federal, state and local leaders in attendance tonight. By their presence, these special guests convey the profound respect that exists in the Western World for His Highness’ work and leadership.”

In April 2004, the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) and Univ of Texas-Austin finalized a grant proposal that created the partnership that became known as the Muslim Histories and Cultures Program (MHC). MHC recruited and directly trained 80 teachers affecting approximately 15,150 students of World History and World Geography in ten key Texas districts in 2005 and 2006. The purpose is two-fold 1) to fulfill Governor Rick Perry’s desire to better educate Texas teachers on Muslim topics and 2) to train teachers to use a cultural lens approach to understanding other cultures. Governor Perry was instrumental in getting this program off the ground.

==========================================

Perry was instrumental in launching programs that trained Texas teachers on Muslim topics, in order to proselytize students in Islamic culture.

What does Perry plan for US justice and America's educational system vis a vis Muslims, if, by some quirk of fate he gets to sit in the WH?
