Yes, I enjoy Morris’ video interviews with Cain. They are quite good. However, Morris predicted that Hillary would win the Dem nomination in 2008. That was one of many incorrect predictions. If Morris ever declares Cain to be “The Man,” you might as well write the Cain nomination off. (-;

You should be really careful posting about things you don’t know or understand. It only lends fodder to those who would mock you, as happened here. (deservedly)

And now the 9-9-9 plan is being scrutinized. My concern with the 9-9-9 plan is how long will it take for it to become the 12-12-12 plan if Congress ever switches or Dems control the Whitehouse? Maybe it will become the 9-15-30 plan or the 15-15-15? Who knows once the Democrats get their hands on it.

The “Islamic court” is an arbitration court under American law and deals with contract law, particularly with its family law aspects. It’s like Jews agreeing to submit family property settlement disputes to a rabbinical court or businesses submitting contractual disputes to the arbitration panels of the Chamber of Commerce.

Institutions like this are a long-established part of the American legal structure; they can only decide certain things, both parties have to accept the decision in advance, and naturally, it cannot conflict with American legal principles in any way.

They were mocking those in England who warned about the Muslims coming in too. The idiots in Washington think the “Muslim Spring” in the ME is a good thing. The moronic protestors on Wall street want open borders. And you Perrybots don’t have sense enough to see the encroaching problems?

Here’s from the site you gave as your “proof” that there is no Sharia law in Texas.

The court ruled “that everyone in the case signed an arbitration agreement to use a certain set of arbitrators”. “Certain set of arbitrators” aka TEXAS ISLAMIC COURT, 888 s. Greenville Ave., suite 188, Richardson, Texas. Then states that the Second Court of Appeals upheld the ruling of the TEXAS ISLAMIC COURT, 888 s. Greenville Ave., suite 188, Richardson, Texas.

Yep, no creeping Sharia in Texas for sure. /s

Those who fought the "triumphal mosque" Muslims connived to build near hallowed 911 ground know that Muslims and Islam are NOT compatible with a Free Republic or our Constitution.

Did you know there was an ISLAMIC COURT operating in TEXAS? Gov Perry has enabled Sharia Court in Texas and has allowed Sharia law to infiltrate the Texas legal system.

WEB SITE http://www.2ndcoa.courts.state.tx.us/opinions/htmlopinion.asp?OpinionId=14601

EXCERPT On September 25, 2002, all five parties to the divorce signed an "Arbitration Agreement." This document recites, in full, that the parties: after consultation with their respective attorneys, agree to submit all claims and disputes among them to arbitration by the TEXAS ISLAMIC COURT, 888 S. Greenville Ave., Suite 188, Richardson, Texas.

=========================================

REFERENCE Gov Perry addresses the Aga Khan: “It is a great honor to be in the presence of the Imam of 16 million Muslims around the world, a global humanitarian leader, a man of peace with a pluralistic vision for people around the world, His Highness, the Aga Khan, the 49th Hereditary Imam of the Shia Imami Ismaili Muslims. Your Highness, on behalf of 23 million Texans, and over 600,000 thousand Muslims living in Texas, I extend our heartfelt appreciation for your 50 years of great international leadership.

We are delighted to welcome you to the Lone Star State and participate in the celebration of your Golden Jubilee. I am also grateful to the many federal, state and local leaders in attendance tonight. By their presence, these special guests convey the profound respect that exists in the Western World for His Highness’ work and leadership.”

In April 2004, the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) and Univ of Texas-Austin finalized a grant proposal that created the partnership that became known as the Muslim Histories and Cultures Program (MHC). MHC recruited and directly trained 80 teachers affecting approximately 15,150 students of World History and World Geography in ten key Texas districts in 2005 and 2006. The purpose is two-fold 1) to fulfill Governor Rick Perry’s desire to better educate Texas teachers on Muslim topics and 2) to train teachers to use a cultural lens approach to understanding other cultures. Governor Perry was instrumental in getting this program off the ground.

==========================================

Perry was instrumental in launching programs that trained Texas teachers on Muslim topics, in order to proselytize students in Islamic culture.

What does Perry plan for US justice and America's educational system vis a vis Muslims, if, by some quirk of fate he gets to sit in the WH?

The Perry supporters were all over me trying to mock me for bringing up the encroaching Sharia in this country. People so blinded that they don’t see the danger are why this country is in the terrible shape it’s in. These are people who want us to think they are “defenders of the Constitution” and “American Patriots”. It amazes me that so many who think they are conservatives would be so ill prepared to actually defend the constitution and the principles this country was built on. The history of the Islamic influence in Europe is evidently not something they have spent much time studying.

Who among us believes the 9/11 hijackers acted on a "perverse and narrow interpretation" of their religion?

Islam's religious beliefs, the fundamentals of what they believe, define the core of their thinking. All Muslims are compelled to look down on non-Muslims as infidels. Muslims loathe Christians.

The Koran---Islam's ubiquitous religious playbook---contains the directives that rule their lives. EVERY Muslim must abide by these directives.

Have no unbelieving friends. Kill the unbelievers wherever you find them. 4:89

When you fight with disbelievers, do not retreat. Those who do will go to hell. 8:15-16

Those that the Muslims killed were not really killed by them. It was Allah who did the killing. 8:17

Fight the disbelievers! Allah is on your side; he will give you victory. 9:12-14

The “Religion of Truth” (Islam) must prevail, by force if necessary, over all other religions. 9:33

Fight the disbelievers and hypocrites. Be harsh with them. They are all going to hell anyway. 9:73

Fight disbelievers who are near you, and let them see the harshness in you. 9:123

If you refuse to fight for Allah, he will punish you with a painful doom. 48:16

Trying to explain the difference between a court and an arbitration is probably not worth the time, effort or bandwidth. But you might consult an attorney to explain it to you.

You just don’t get it do you? It’s not a discussion on technicalities of an arbitrator. It’s whether or not Sharia Law should be allowed to exist in this country and it’s dangerous encroachment on our freedoms and our form of government.

I’m not the one trying to twist facts to suit my agenda. There is a significant difference between arbitration and a court that you don’t want to know because it doesn’t suit your agenda. ANYONE can choose ANY arbitrator they choose and mutually agree to, and set out in a contract.

It could be the Emerald Society if it’s two Irishman entering a business agreement that turns into a dispute. But that wouldn’t suit your agenda to take and twist any single event that might possibly be construed, however out of context, as anti-Perry. Facts be damned.
