Ridiculous is right.

Cain just brought in a top tier communications director JD Gordon (Pentagon/Rumsfeld spokesman) - he started today.

He’s doing well in the polls, beating Romney is most of them.

His book is part of getting his name out - it’s called “This is Herman Cain - My Journey to the White House”.

His support for Romney was in 2008 when most of FR supported Romney because was better than McCain. He has been critical of Romney in regards to Romneycare both recently and in 2007.

And no, Herman would never, NEVER vote for Obama. Insane.

The thing is, promoting a book gets him on the tv and radio stations. It gets him interviews. It brings money into his campaign. Promoting a book about him as a president, would be part of a campaign, not leaving the campaign.

They act like he’s just putting the whole campaign on the back burner. And THAT is a bald-faced lie.

I think that that statement is highly disputable. I don't remember it that way.

Herman Cain won the Illinois Tea Party poll this weekend, by one of the biggest margins yet:

10. Johnson 0%

9. Hunstman 0%

8. Obama 0.2%

7. Santorum 1.4%

6. Paul 1.8%

5. Romney 2.6%

4. Perry 3%

3. Gingrich 3.8%

2. Bachmann 9.4%

1. Cain 77.5%

Herman Cain’s positive intensity score has been the highest every week, until the week Rick Perry announced, and Perry got a little bump - then Herman was back on top the next.

I expect that he will be staying on top of that one, as more people find out about about Perry’s Hispanic pandering.

Closer look at Perry = less support.

Closer look at Herman = more support.

Right now Perry is the shiny new penny, but people are going to start taking a closer look at him.

As people start looking at the other way of looking at “the two man race,” the Positive Intensivity scores on Gallup, Herman is the only one who really has it all.

Remember, talk is cheap for politicians at election time.

And shame on Rush and the “conservative” media for going with the headlines, instead of looking at what Herman actually said.
