Interestingly, I do think when the post mortems are done on this primary, we are going to see lots of evidence that Perry should have gotten in sooner. I think that would have helped him.
I think it is utterly laughable that people think Christie can pull it off at this stage. I’d be amazed if he tried, and I’d be shocked if he won a state. It is WAYYY late now, as we are looking at early January Iowa caucus.
I just don’t know if Perry can pull this off. I think Cain deserves a look, as well. All in all, I know the country is simply desperate to oust obama.
Perry had back surgery in June and had state business he needed to be completed before announcing. Those 2 special sessions were important and he got most of what he wanted passed. He didn't get everything but almost. That is why he entered late. NO excuses for him just pointing out how he takes care of important state business first.
