I've seen this phrase more than once today. Kinda makes my skin crawl.

"...and subject to the jurisdiction thereof..."Those born in the US to parents that are citizens of another country, are subject to the jurisdiction of that country, not the US.
Thus, illegal alien criminal invading colonists from Mexico that have a child in the US are subject to the jurisdiction of Mexico, therefor their child is also. And a citizen of Mexico, not the US.
Same for all the mid eastern women flying into Dearborn, MI to have "citizen" babies.

Obama is making a big show of fighting terrorism, while with the other hand he is welcoming terrorists to this country, either by birth or by freeing mid eastern terrorists that come across the southern border.

And just the other day 2 terrorists crossed over the border, were caught and charged with a crime, and bailed out so they can kill us.
