Do you remember the uproar when some state officials told officers to be on the lookout for potential domestic “terrorists” based on bumper stickers, such as pro-life bumper stickers? Liberals are trying to shut conservatives up, and I’m sure they would love to be able to lock us up. The only thing stopping them is the protection we have under our Constitution, and that protection has to apply to all American citizens.
Are you saying it’s OK for the president to have someone killed just because they are not on US soil? We have trials for the worst, most violent people in the US, and that is to stop us from becoming a police state. The Soviet Union was the country where the government could declare someone to be an enemy of the state with no proof nor trial and just execute him. Is that what we want to become?
As for this being war, war is what politicians always use as an excuse to suspend our rights and curtail our freedom. What is a war on terror anyway? It’s not like a war on a country. Terror is a tactic, so when does “terror” sit down and sign surrender papers? Saying we are in a war on terror means we will be in a state of perpetual war, because terror will always be with us. If laws can be suspended during war, then look for further erosion of our rights and liberties.
If I were made Queen (so, you see I am a Dudette and not a Dude), I would go for the home run. I would ban the Islamic religion in the US and deport all Muslims. Might as well do something with all that power that would really make us safer.

I’m with you. I am conflicted about this, though I am glad the b-st-rd is dead, the means worries me. A conservative Republican would never have been given a pass for such actions, never mind approval which the media is given Obama. I fear there is much more a work here then meets the eye. Especially since some dems are calling for the 2012 elections to be put on hold so they can beat the GOP back into submission, I mean force, no, I mean, come to a compromise with the GOP and create a final solution to the problem of America. (Yes, I am going for either sarcasm or satire in regards to my previous sentence. Not sure which as one usually annoys me and the other puzzles me with it’s disturbing reflection of what could be truths.)

PS - I just alerted Obama’s black helicopter cleansing squadron about you. You know too much. They should be over your house in a few minutes to pick you up and take you to the secret camp on Ft Bragg for political prisoners.

We cant declare war on a person or idea. So the war on terror is misleading. We can declare war on countries supporting terror, but Thats about all.
But then again we couldnt send in US marshalls to pick him up.there was never a arrest warrent for him and even if there was, the country he was hiding in would never allow us to get him.
Then there is the timing of it. A year before the elections and now Obama starts going after Muslim terrorists like he was Chuck Norris. Maybe Obama is trying to get everyones minds off the fact everything he has done is making the US a third world country. he is looking for a “Osama bounce”.
I dont know what to think...so I am going to assume the worse because after three years of Obama, that is what I am conditioned to do.
