It’s nothing special Lucy. It all comes from knowing how the governmentis structured. It is complex, but it is far more ordered than most people realize. There is a real solid chain of command. It is ordered and predictible. It also demands accountability because each section has a specific responsiblity and set of duties.
The North American Assistant reports to the Assistant to the President, the National Security Advisor - under Bush 43, that person was Stephen Hadley.... yeah, so imagine an assistant to Hadley gathering up information on things going on in North America and talking to a Special Agent in charge of Fast n Furious, or Gun Walker... EXACTLY.....!!!!! There is a structure here, and in that structure, if someone at Hadley’s level did NOT know about an op like this, then that North American Assistant would have been fired for failing to inform his boss of an op he was CLEARLY deliberately tracking.
To make that assumption... for Obama to assert he didn’t know... WTF. No way. There is just NO WAY.
