Interesting that 99.9% of those who are push for legal “protection” for animals believe in evolution. I thought part of evolutionary theory was what is often termed “survival of the fittest”. If these animals can’t adapt to a changing environment, from an evolutionary perspective, shouldn’t we just be letting them die out? I have long believed that the Endangered Species Act should be repealed. If a species is too stupid to adapt to changing conditions, then so be it.
