This could get expensive for the Longshoremen thugs.

Who gets the money? I am guessing not the victims.

And who messed with the railroad tracks up there? Thought I heard a rumor that it was these guys.

Don't the security guards who were threatened and in essence ‘kidnapped’ have a case for a giant civil suit against the union? I would love to see that. Make being a union thug very, very expensive.

They’re suspected for doing damage to the tracks but no one has been charged. I don’t think there’s any witnesses and they sure won’t rat out one another.

Makes you wonder. I know a lot of libs in the government sympathized with the eco-terrorists when they were going around destroying private property. Gregoire runs the state, Obama the country; any evidence may go missing if Labor did it.

I’ll believe it when it is actually paid.

I hope the judge has a good security system and/or bodyguards. The Longshoremen thugs might want to pay him a “visit”.

$250K is chump change for the union. That’s the salary for one longshoreman “supervisor”.

It is going to be really tough to pin the track sabotage on the longshoremen, but BNSF has its own police/security with a vested interest and plenty of time to investigate. I would love for them to catch a couple guys and go after the union.
$250,000 is a start, but this union is obviously hard headed and I don't think their illegal activities are done.

I hope so too. After the videos and what I’ve read over the last few weeks a lot of these guys are definitely mentally challenged.

So belonging to this Union excuses criminal offenses and this fine is a joke. Maybe this is a tip to criminals, join a union and totally never go to jail card. Real nice.
