Khasadars are Paki Tribal Police. Apparently a do all agency, prison guards, militia, and general government sponsored walking targets for the tribes to practice on, either to shoot at or bribe, when they aren't jumping the border to pop caps at infidel Americans, on the NW Frontier of Pakistan.
