The Constitution say no cruel and unusual punishment. It doesn’t say NO suffering.
If you point it the right way, it splatters away from you.

They should just OD them on heroin. People PAY to do that frequently. Sometimes they almost succeed, and PAY to do it again. It cannot therefore be construed as either cruel or unusual.I like this idea.

Took long enough.
Buh-bye, scumbag.

Wow. When I saw “1978” it occured to me that that was the year my 51 Y.O. brother graduated high school. The system is sick.

With a .45 you are not 100% sure of no suffering. So true.
You could pull a muscle on your trigger finger, or get a a mild strain from the recoil if it hits you wrong.

33 years ago? That's justice? He should have been executed 33 hours after the guilty verdict. Good riddance scumbag.
To: Longbow1969
I like this idea. Simple, isn't it?
I can't stand these thugs playing with our money while they cite bogus claims when the obvious solution hangs in front of everybody's noses. Nobody mentions it because the left wants a world where crooks get away with murder and the public pays for it. Isn't that obvious by now?

One of my personal favorites...
Seriously, my professional research area is death and disease in the Middle Ages, torture and executions are part of that.

I was born and raised just E. of Coral Gables.
Was living there in 1978 and honestly don’t remember this incident.
That’s the main problem w/ Capital Punishment.
The time between the crime and execution is so long the two become detached.
No cause and effect. No deterrent.

“He also shot fellow officer Gary Spell,”
Was Valle an officer, or is this just poor writing posted by a major news outlet?
