What Candidate Would You Vote For

Link to poll at pollcode.com (Republican Primary)
I stumbled upon this poll when I was doing a google search on recent poll results for the Republican presidential primary. Amazing the things one finds while looking up other things. Anyway, I am a huge Cain supporter, but there are quite a few candidates I would be proud to support should they be the ultimate nominee.
In this poll, it seems that Sarah Palin is leading Cain by 462 votes to 210. I like Sarah, but I just doubt she is going to run, but if she does I believe she will do a great job. Palin has yet to jump in, so I also wonder why Christie's name is not offered.
Personally I want Cain because I think we really need a conservative who has a lot of experience in the business world. I know Palin has a fishing business, but that is a far cry from Cain's experience as a good corporate leader. We need to fix things now and it will take an executive with a strong history of making tough decision, and that is what will be needed to put America on the road to recovery.

Hey you Cain supporters, help me move his numbers up to match reality, because I think more Republicans really want him over all the others.

The only presidential candidate I want to support is Buddy Roemer. He’s very conservative, and he’s the only candidate, in that race, who has been a congressman and a governor. If you don’t know about him, please read his site, www.buddyroemer.com.

Don’t get me wrong I like Caun and if Sarah does not run I will vote for him. Alaska may be a small population but it is a much bigger enity to run than Godfathers Pizza. And she did great.

I like this poll because it lets you vote for more than one person.

Anyone who runs against Obama has my vote. That is why I don't understand why people are being so nasty on this forum against other republicans. It only helps the media tear our opponents down.

“Herm Cain”? Didn’t Sarah catch some grief yesterday during Gretta’s interview for using that name?

Voted for Palin fist, then went back and voted for Cain.

I won't deny that Palin has the experience, I just think Cain has experience that it will take years for Palin to match. If She runs and wins the nomination though, I will support her.
Like I said in the post, I think she will and do a fine job if she becomes president. Any of the few real conservative running will do for me. That's because I have faith they all will surround themselves with very competitive people as Reagan did.

I’m not crazy about any of the candidates so far - and I don’t have anybody in mind whom I’d like to see run. I would’ve supported Rick Santorum until he broke this Pennsylvania voter’s heart by endorsing Specter. Of course, he got my vote in the Senate race that he lost, but when he can’t even win his own state in the senate race, what the h-e-double toothpicks is he doing trying to run for president?

I know these polls aren’t scientific or anything, but why in the world do people vote for Palin when she isn’t even running at this point? Are they trying to push her into doing it?

I voted for Sarah Palin. I do believe she is running and I have no intention of supporting anyone else.

How, I tried to vote for Cain again and it told me I already voted.
How did you vote twice?

I'm also a Palin fan, but if she were to jump in, I will give her and Cain an even chance to convince me they have the best chance to beat Obama and deserve my vote, both my vote as a delegate and in the primaries.
Neither has to convince me of their conservative credentials, or that they are God fearing American loving patriots. I'm sold on both. But only one can be chosen that will have the best possible chance to whoop Obama butt and I will only know that by watching the rest of the debates and listening to stump speeches. Even Sarah would agree with me that listen to them all and then let my heart and soul and gut feeling decide.
To: linn37
There has to be criticism in the race for the primaries. It helps the candidates to toughen up and it helps us decide who can’t handle going up against obama. We can’t nominate someone who will fold under pressure.

OH, I never tried that. I only voted for Cain. So now I cannot go back and vote again. But why would you vote for both, when reality is (Unless you are dead and registered Democrat in Chicago) you can only vote once in elections.
I take you are dead and living in Chicago's morgue, or cemetery. right?

No, I’m voting for the two I want on the ticket. I like them both for different reasons.
