You have understand how to judge qualifications. (D) is the only qualification that matters.
I long for the 2012 election to get closer and someone to say that the GOP candidate “isn’t qualified”....
What they really mean is that they view only those who who conform to their ideology as "qualified." Experience, temperament, honesty, "the contents of one's character," are irrelevant.
This bias is strikingly ironic when it leads them to accuse conservatives of a different kind of bias. If you oppose Obama, it's because he is black, but if you support Cain, it does not disprove you are "racist."
