Then push for a Constitutional Amendment. Do whatever it takes. It is wrong the citizens must pay $10,000 to up to almost $30,000 a year for children who are here illegally.

ILLEGAL is ILLEGAL.

Love your tagline, too.

Please, read my tagline and consider joining the Cain Mutiny.

>>Are illegal aliens in Texas exempt from paying sales tax and property tax? There is no state income tax in Texas, right?<<

Illegals are ILLEGAL. What part of ILLEGAL don’t you understand?

Perry says we are heartless racists. Too bad.

That will cost him BIG TIME.

So, Texas doesn’t accept the money they contribute in state sales and property taxes? I asked a question, now answer it. Are ILLEGALS exempt from those taxes in Texas, or do they pay the same taxes as the othe residents of the state?

I understand they’re illegal, but the state of Texas can’t do anything about getting rid of them if the federal government won’t deport them en masse. So, answer the question.

I am already a Cain supporter and have been for some time. His is the only campaign I have given money to and I have been on his mailing list for months.

I have a question for you. If I own a vacation home in Texas, which I pay property tax on and sales tax on anything I buy while in Texas, does that entitle my children to attend a Texas university with in state tuition. After all Texas is accepting my property and sales tax.

Illegally taking your kids to a country is heartless. Heartless is the D party (and now too many R’s) stringing them along, letting them set down roots, and making illegal promises to them. Heartless is the way we treat those that legally immigrate here when we pander to illegals. Heartless is not being able to keep promises to citizens because the money is being spent on illegals.

Since we didn’t have the guts to nip this problem in the bud, we have a tough decision to make now. Some want to ‘have a heart’ - 1) secure the border and 2) path to citizenship. This is actually heartless, because the next generation of illegals know the border won’t be secure, and they just have to wait 20-25 years for their ‘path’...

We need to have a heart and start sending folks home...otherwise another generation (and then another...more?) will bank their future on illegally coming to this country.

So in YOUR mind, these illegals are CONTRIBUTORS and not parasites.

What a fascinating wonderland must exist between your ears.

---------

Mark Levin, on his show 9/23/11, regarding Rick Perry and in-state tuition for the children of illegals:

"They [the children of illegals] are being educated, right up to and through high school.

Where did it come to pass that if you're here illegally, you have a right to a college education, let alone the right to have it subsidized, when all Americans do NOT have their college educations subsidized?

I mean, this is perverse, to be honest with you.

And it is also the position of the Bush family. And I think…if I'm wrong, I stand corrected…it's the position of some of our "inside-the-beltway" publications.

But it is not the position of the American people, who have to pay this bill, endlessly."

“The Feds CANNOT at the same time say they are illegal, yet can stay illegally.”

Look around you, chief. Illegals everywhere and the feds aren’t doing a damn thing about it.

Here is your quote:

>>LEGAL and ILLEGAL are federal matters.<<

So states and cities can say nothing about it? Then you must HATE what Arizona did, SB1070. You must agree with Obama.

And you must HATE that there are CITIES that are cracking down on illegal immigrants being allowed to rent in their communities.

You are just plain WRONG to suggest that the matter of illegality cannot be addressed by local governments. That is an idiotic statement.

I hope you re not suggesting that has any bearing on their legality or their qualification for in-state tuition.

Because that would be stupid.

What IS your point, incidentally?

>>Not in the eyes of the state. LEGAL and ILLEGAL are federal matters. If the feds say they can stay illegally, then they still fall under the residency rules.
<<

If you are saying that this qualifies them for in-state tuition, please state so plainly. And show everyone who you are, so there is no mistake.
