I saw this. She is either preparing us for the let down of her not running or after watching the Republican Straw vote she realizes they don’t want either of the two front runners and she has to run to save the republic and knows it will be very hard on her and her family.

Cain's win in Florida IMO, is a "no Confidence" vote against the top tier candidates. Sarah knows that Cain is not ready to be President of the United States.
