All persons that REFUSE to testify in any case involving how they SPENT TAXPAYER MONEY should be held in Contempt of Congress and be immediately arrested and sent to GITMO as an Enemy Combatant. In fact there should be a rider on every last LOAN made with TAXPAYER FUNDS to ANY PERSON or PERSONS requiring such.
