Peope need to get real on this issue. The Texas Dream Act passed a law that is stronger on illegals in state tuition and is TOUGHER than other states. In Texas before this was passed guess what folks illegals had in state tuition anyway. There are
38 states who have no legislation on illegals and in state tuition what does not mean. It means illegals are receiving in state tuition exactly the same as legal American kids.
Texas passed a law requiring illegals to live 3 yrs in Texas, grad from a TX HS, working toward citizenship with NO criminal record.
IF you are going to be mad about this...vent your anger toward those states that are ignoring the illegals in college receiving in state tuition.

I agree, I know exactly what the law says and I find it incredible that no matter how many times it's explained people refuse to listen or understand. That tells me that they have no intention of "understanding" because that means they would have to stop repeating the lie.
It was also passed 10 years ago, why all the sudden furor over a 10 year old law?

” People need to get real on this issue. “
People like Sheriff Joe Arpaio ??
Here’s the audio of Sheriff Arpaio speaking about Governor Perry and the Texas Dream Act of 2001 “

” But, that’s not going to stop me from endorsing him , if I endorse him.
You think the Dream Act is going to stop me ! ?
I don’t care either way.
You gotta look at the big picture.
What type of president he will make.
Not just because he’s for or against the Dream Act. “
