Back in my high school days, shotguns and rifles were common in the parking lot. I mean as far as having them in a gun rack in the truck. They were kept in plain sight, and nobody freaked out.
Now, a kid draws a picture of a gun, will get them some quality time with the Vice Principal.
I guess I’m getting old - yearning for the “back when I was younger” days. :(
