If I understand what you’re saying, you had rather have illegal aliens filling your workforce and having me pay for their benefits, health insurance, and other government handouts. Well you know what, screw that. I refuse. They have no constitutional right to be in this country illegally and those who hire them are as complicit in breaking the laws and bending our constitution as they are.
If legal Americans you hire don’t get the job done, FIRE THEIR ASSES and hire some more. There are plenty of legal Americans willing to work and work hard. You’re problem is that you most likely hired liberals, the laziest freeloading bums there are.

My wife left a position doing medical transcription and insurance coding for a clinic in San Ysidro. They had to hire 5 replacements to keep up with the level of processing she could do alone. It’s not a legal or illegal issue. It’s a qualified or unqualified issue. Fix your screening/hiring process. There’s plenty of folks available.
