Seems just like yesterday we showed up 5000 strong and helped impeach a worthless scumbag...
If only we had been so organized in the early 60's when there was still a chance to stop this slide into abject tyranny...
God bless Jim. Certainly God has blessed those Americans who still believe in a Constitutional Republic by giving us Jim...

I have the newspaper too. I was at the rally and opened it with the invocation. Thrill of lifetime to meet Jim, and so many Freepers who became friends for life. Meeting Henry Hyde was awesome. I met most of the 13 House managers, but Henry was a hero and a great statesman in my opinion.

Class of 98 checking in to say thanks!
Poopy pool, Ash alert! OneWhoKnows vs The Republican flame wars, Alamo Girl’s list, Jack Thompson is going to sue us all! Seeing “Surrender Gorethy” being flown by the Freeper airforce. Holding that giant black “China Treason” banner at the march on Washington.....(It was my mom’s pool cover!)
Someone close the TAGS!

It seemed to me we used to be able to scan over our name and not only find out when we registered but also what member number we were. I also remember JimRob had it so beside each article it showed how many people had viewed the article. No more. I think he has disconected these things.

I will never forget Buckhead’s posting in 2004 that may have literally changed the course of the 2004 election. That posting started a chain of events that took down CBS News’ Dan Rather, his assistant Mary Mapes, much of the Travis County, Texas Democrats, and contributed heavily to the increasing decline of the mainstream media.

FReeper #78 checking in to wish Jim Robinson and FREE REPUBLIC all the best on this 15 year anniversary. I found it in late 1996 and started posting in January or February of 1997, before the need for accounts and login to get a handle on the trolls. Been a LOT of changes over the years.
Jim, thank you for your friendship over the years. You still need to take some time off and come on down so we can go fishing. And a huge THANK YOU for creating this site. It is the first site I go to when I get up in the morning while I'm having my morning coffee, and it's the last one I look at before turning off the computers and going to bed at night.
REFUSE. RESIST. Do NOT Submit! ★FREEDOM!★
