I like Cain but I'm concerned on his gun control stance. He lets it slide by saying he's pro 2nd Amendment at the Federal level but says it's fine with HIM if states want to ban guns at their levels. That's NOT "pro 2nd Amendment" ever since Heller and the other case in Illinois put the 2nd Amendment squarely in the inclusion list for rights linked down to the local levels. That makes me highly suspicious, now.

Well that’s true, but getting the federal government out of the gun control business and letting it be something that is decided state by state is at least a step in the right direction. Then we can fight that battle state by state. The federal government is the big Satan in this case, and state gun control is small Satan.

A: Here’s how I’d like that done: Let each state pass a concealed weapon bill. Empower the states—some states already have it—and not have a federal mandate. I believe in the Second Amendment.
