Controversial filmmaker Michael Moore is calling for an economic boycott of Georgia over this weeks execution of Troy Anthony Davis.
I encourage everyone I know to never travel to Georgia, never buy anything made in Georgia, [and] to never do business in Georgia, Moore said on his website this week.
The Academy-Award winning filmmaker and best-selling author also called on his publisher to pull his memoir, Here Comes Trouble, from every Georgia bookstore.
If Grand Central Publishing doesnt pull the 427-page book, Moore said he will donate every dime of every royalty my book makes in Georgia to help defeat the racists and killers who run that state.
Brian Robinson, a spokesman for Gov. Nathan Deal, found the filmmakers rant amusing.
We think its cute that he thinks anyone in Georgia would buy his book, but if any Georgian does, Im happy to double the royalties and buy a pack of gum for a charity of Michael Moores choice, Robinson told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Great response from the Gov's office.

I'm particularly irritated with this kind of crap from Fat Mike. Our state of Michigan really can't afford to be stirring up boycott wars between states. We're finally pulling ourselves out of the liberal hole dug by Mikey and his kind.
The fat bastard does absolutely nothing for our state or for America and maybe its time for him to find somewhere else to park his ample ass. We won't miss him and we actually have real Americans who actually live productive lives and try to help their homes.

What do Tennesseans have to do to get Moore to boycott us, too? Maybe we can talk him into taking Algore with him?

Does this mean he'll stop watching CNN? The news network is a subsidiary of
Turner Broadcasting, which is based in
Atlanta Georgia . Of course they may lean a little to far to the right for his tastes.

I wonder that people even still pay attention to this fellow. He drifted off into irrelevance a long time ago.

Moore, the media and other outraged left groups ignored the execution of a white man in Texas on the same night, for murder of a gay black man.
If it is sincerely the policy of the death penalty they object to then, it would include all executions.
Some of the most vocal groups on the death penalty are just as vocal on pro abortion.

As any number or FReepers would confirm, playing the ‘racist’ card is the default position of a weak mind.

They pay attention to him because he puhes the communist agenda they love. I was flipping thru the channels and saw him on bill mahers show. One disgusting individual. He thinks the us is an empire and business owners dont deserve to keep what they build. He and bill thinks its bad to encourage people to want to be successful
