Perry crashed and burned last night. I was very disappointed. Worse for him is there still other issues they can hit him with so he can't move on. Realistically, he could have given a logical reason for in-state tuition to children of illegals, then blasted Bachmann, Romney and others for not supporting state rights. Instead he went to the GW compassionate Conservative crap and came up with "you don't have a heart". Hell, I support Rick and Texas on this issue and that comment offended me. I wonder what GW flunky advised him on that line.

I recognize that hes a politician who’s opinions and positions shift based upon political need. But his position on illegal immigration and allegations that we need to pay for the children of foreigners has me rethinking his support.
The implication that they would be allowed to become a burden upon our society is implicitly saying that he would not send them back to their own society, and instead would allow them to draw benefits from our “welfare state”.
Awful doesn’t describe how he did in the the debate. He had a near catastrophic policy failure not a delivery failure. The proof is in the laws of Texas, and the legislators that voted for that proof aut to themselves be thrown out.
Perry is an open-borders Democrat. Your other fave Cain worked for the Federal Reserve which is worse than Goldman Sachs.
Rick Santorum is the best conservative in the field right now followed by Bachmann.
