Still prepping for TX.
Got a cheap notebook and trying to config that rascal is frustrating.
Crap. President Present wears a teflon suit.
Class warfare paying off.
Do not worry about the ups and downs of daily tracking polls and look at the long overall trend. Obama approval trend is very negative by all measures.
It’s quite amazing that this guy has 46% approval after 39 months of 9% unemployment, scandals, etc...
But the media certainly helps. If he were a Repub he’d be in the 20s with the daily pounding from the liberal media (morning and night about how bad everything is).
I cant fathom how this jerk polls so high.
The sell off appears to be continuing today.
Some of those who disapprove are liberals who think he hasn’t gone far enough left. They will end up voting for him in 2012. This daily tracking poll is unreliable in showing Obama’s real support.
Yet his overall negative average at RealClear remains nearly eight points in the red. Plus, nearly three-quarters of those surveyed say the country is headed in the wrong direction.
People blindly defend Rasmussen’s results. Yet it increasingly looks as if he has a methodological issue. The worse the economy gets, the more Obama’s numbers rebound? That stretches credulity.
I wish he was a conservative Republican. Somehow he has flimflammed himself to the American Public and they JUST DON'T GET IT.
The HIGHEST unemployment in DECADES.
A Record Breaking Recession/Depression
Skyrocketing food prices
Inflated Gasoline prices.
Contempt of the international community
An administration which operates outside the Constitution
Scandals hemorrhaging out of every corner
A racist administration and policies
I just don't get it.
The Obama campaign main theme would be "The regular working folks against the Wall Street Fat Cat Romney". They would portray Romney as the ruthless Wall Street Fat Cat who during his tenure as CEO of Bain Capital bought and sold companies and in the process many people working for these companies lost their jobs while Romney and his company made hundred of millions of dollars. They will have those people in TV ads and the media would interview them on a daily basis. They will go after Romney wealth and how he made it from destroying people lives and they will show that he is too rich to feel our pain. Romney is the dream candidate for Obama as he is the best to candidate to run against in a class warfare campaign.
It is hard to gauge the true believers.
They are too busy watching the idol.
-16. ROTFL! This “poll” is all over the place.
Much to the chagrin of some, I’ve made the same point over and over again. The bottom line is that there is zero chance that Obama’s approval numbers have not changed since 2009 yet that is exactly what Rasmussen shows. He is the ONLY pollster to show this (and yes there are some other LV polls that show the opposite of Rasmussen as well).
Obama’s support has been eroding over the past two years. He has lost every single election that he’s injected himself into and when republicans win in districts like NY-9 by campaigning against Obama, then you know he has lost considerable support among not only likely voters but also real voters.
Egads! FWOTUS (W=Wookie) is such a bitter person.
Should be single digits soon!!! : (
I’m going to post an “I told you so.”
Americans, in general, are inattentive to politics, many of them are under educated due to society and public skools.
Americans WANT to like Obama.
As long as Pravda casts Obama in a favorable light, he will be VERY hard to beat. And given the GOP field, I’m concerned.
