Gosh, just as he was overtaking Obama. Who will provide the rock music? Comedy relief is already well covered.

You are surprised that his is not a real conservative? He’s an auto bailout guy.

Of course he’s an auto bailout guy. He’s from an auto state and has a responsibility to represent his constituency. Are you also surprised when Utah reps are Mormon?

LOL. Oh this is rich. The few McCotter cheerleaders around were claiming he was the most conservative candidate in the race, yet when he drops out he endorses.........Romney.

McCotter is a union tool. Period. Voted for Card Check, supported the auto bailouts and sponsored the $165 billion dollar union pension bailouts. With a record like that, there was no way he was ever going to get any traction.

I liked what McCotter had to say as well, as unknown as he is to most people- but it’s certainly unfortunate to find him endorsing Romney on his way out.

“Dang. He was my favorite fringe candidate. Now I’m back to
Jimmy “the Rent Is Too Damn High” McMillan.”

An inspired choice!! I was wondering who to vote for now that the McCotter juggernaut has run into the ditch.

Maybe there is an unspoken rule that Yankee candidates have to endorse another Yankee when they drop out--Pawlenty also endorsed Romney.

I liked what I saw of Thaddeus McCotter but he just couldn't overcome the prejudice against the name "Thaddeus." People probably thought he was Polish.

Gary Johnson is a former governor of New Mexico and one of the most brilliant people alive. Just ask him.

He's a good alternative for those who think Romney is too conservative, although he has to compete with Huntsman for that segment of the vote.
