Evenin' Kathy! *hugs*

ARDS is not a good thing to have to go through. Prayers she comes through it in good health and no long lasting problems.

Don't know the reason she had the 'throat dilation' but wonder if it could be related. Just thinking about the time frame. Very scary.

Sending more *hugs* along with the prayers for Teresa!

Good evening, teen...((HUGS)) They don’t think her throat is the issue now, maybe not any of it. The lungs, even with all the oxygen getting pumped in, don’t seem to be doing their job. She is so frustrated, not being able to talk, and we are not getting what she is trying to tell us. When I was there tonight she was getting really agitated and I got the nurse....she needed suctioning. He did her lungs, and then he realizied that she wanted the one like at the dentist. And when he was done she wouldn’t let go. He left it with her and we needed it a bit later. I got it turned in the right direction and into her mouth, around the ventilator, and she got it the places she needed.

One day at a time. Thanks for the hugs and prayers.
