A spokeswoman for Levi’s also tried to explain the ad in general terms, but may have done more harm than good:

Our 60-second 'Go Forth' film and digital engagement programme recognise people around the globe who are stepping forward to transform the world."[Emphasis added]
And the images are definitely of riots. The Guardian says they’re supposed to represent the May Day riots in Berlin.

No suprise that some companies supprt the move to socialism. Their leader are educated in the best liberal schools. Same thing has happened before in history.
Not surprised...haven’t bought any Levi products in years, since they disavowed the Boy Scouts...a really stupid marketing move since most of their market consists of boys.
Levi’s were already off my list, for being over-priced.
They had another commercial some months back of beautiful young people drifting through the woods in polyamorous combinations, on their way to a Wiccan orgy in my prurient mind.

If they had just stop supporting the Boy Scouts, I would have been OK with their business decision. But when they publicly denounced the Scouts, I decided to buy other jeans.
Me too. I may be one little buying unit but I won’t buy Levi. I also refuse to shop at Radio Shack. Same reasons.
Guess Levi’s has joined in with SEIU, Michael Moore, and other Dems in their call for riots in our country.
Do you have a link or source for this? I haven't been able to find anything definitive.
I knew about them withdrawing their financial support, but not a public denouncement.
