I'm happier that the wife and I both got our moose last week than that we are soon getting the PFD.
My old neighbor Walt, (who homesteaded his place in 1942) use to tell me that Jay Hammond (the bush socialist) and who started the Perm Fund originally wanted to invest 50% of the money rather than 10% what the legislature agreed to; just imagine all the problems that would have caused.
