Sort of but not exactly, the chain did buy out the previous owners, but, and this is unique, the original owners were allowed to keep the new york S&W. Its the only not owned by the same company as the rest, though they do have a sort of cooperative agreement (marketing and some other stuff).

Its why they are slightly different in some respects. The firm got everything, and let the owner keep the flagship, go figure.
