"The fact is it is very good for small business..."

If small businesses (or large ones for that matter), can't keep employees healthy--or their employees can't reasonably find healthcare on their own--business will suffer.

Perhaps in the short-term, businesses may realize smaller healthcare costs (having only to pay the "fines" for not insuring), but longer-term, the employees who can't get decent healthcare will become a huge expense.

Their employees will be hit hard, because they can’t afford insurance. Indeed, the intent is to create conditions that lead to single-payer. The Government gets to choose the insurance company that survives.
