EDIT TO ADD, Randall Hoven of the American Thinker tells us that Bachmann is right and the Professors should now pay up.

EXCERPT:
I ask the professors to look up a case in the CDC’s VAERS database. Specifically, VAERS number 380440. The case was reported in Oregon on February 15, 2010. The patient was 12 years old. The symptoms in that case were reported in the VAERS database as follows. (My emphases.)
Since receiving 1st dose of Gardasil, I started noticing a decline in my child’s mental health. She has become depressed and has extreme difficulty concentrating. Shortly after receiving her 3rd dose of the vaccine, she started having stomach pains. These have continued to this date. We have had an ultrasound, CT scan, blood and urine work done, still no answers.
The professors might also look up VAERS case number 396852. That case was reported in New York on August 8, 2010. The patient was 20 years old.
Was called by outside institution. Pt is admitted for acute mental status change. Physician caring for Pt states she is very disorganized in her thinking. Pt prior was normal functioning. Pt is still hospitilized in psychiatric hospital x 5 days.
The professors might also look up VAERS case number 339718. That case was reported in Indiana on February 17, 2009. The patient was 13 years old.

all I ever heard her say was a woman said that about her own kid. I never heard her make the claim on her own.
Guess we know where Perry’s Merck Money (tm) went!
The Gardasil complication rate is at least .375%.
The Gardasil death rate is .0125% .
$11,000? Pikers.
I have a question for anyone in the medical field that might know. Can a patients’ medical history be taken into consideration when dealing with HPV? Could it be possible that the patients’ in the examples given(or even the girl in Bachmann’s story)that suffered brain damage have had other medical issues that would raise a red flag that they may have adverse reactions to the drug? There are statistics out there that Asprin causes hunderds of deaths a year yet millions of people take Asprin on the daily basis. Most of these deaths would be from pre-existing conditions known or unknown. I’m just curious as to what the pre-existing health was of the patients’ that are used as examples.
