Why Obama should withdraw (modified barf alert)
Chicago Tribune ^ | 18 sept 2011 | Steve Chapman

When Ronald Reagan ran for re-election in 1984, his slogan was "Morning in America." For Barack Obama, it's more like midnight in a coal mine.

The sputtering economy is about to stall out, unemployment is high, his jobs program may not pass, foreclosures are rampant and the poor guy can't even sneak a cigarette.

His approval rating is at its lowest level ever. His party just lost two House elections — one in a district it had held for 88 consecutive years. He's staked his future on the jobs bill, which most Americans don't think would work.

The vultures are starting to circle. Former White House spokesman Bill Burton said that unless Obama can rally the Democratic base, which is disillusioned with him, "it's going to be impossible for the president to win." Democratic consultant James Carville had one word of advice for Obama: "Panic."

As much as I enjoy watching this administration flush itself down the toilet, I hope for a slower flush so no one credible challenger steps up in the RAT primaries.

If the RATS put forward a primary challenge, the blacks on their large plantation will REVOLT. Frankly, I don’t think the RATS have the stomach for that, not that they give a crap about black people in the first place, of course.

How palpable the buyer’s remorse is among democrats. Do many of them go to bed at night and get up in the morning cursing Teddy Kennedy? Heh!

In the event he wins, Obama could find himself with Republicans in control of both houses of Congress.

If he sees that the Republicans are poised to easily take control of both houses of Congress, that could be the exit point for him. The spectre of simultaneous investigations on both sides of the Hill would cripple him politically, as the number of scandals to investigate is increasing daily. He's in deep political trouble.

Not only that, Clinton is a savvy political veteran who already knows how to run for president. Oh, and a new Bloomberg poll finds her to be merely “the most popular national political figure in America today.”
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Hillary the most popular national political figure? We are well and truly screwed if that is true, it means the majority of Americans are brain dead with no hope of recovery.

Hillary Clinton isn’t going to run because she knows that the Blacks will stay home, should she be the candidate.

I make sales calls inside dry cleaners and shirt laundries. In one cleaners, I have gotten to know a black woman who is always listening to Laura Ingram when I pass through, usually late morning, and we have political conversations. Obviously she is a rare Conservative Black Lady. Last Tuesday we talked about obama’s unpopularity, and the possibility of the hildebeaste running, and I commented that it would kill the black vote for the democrats. She confidently told me that no, they would still come out in strong #’s and vote for the hildebeaste.

I agree. Bill Clinton was loved by the black community. They will blame Conservatives for Obama leaving not his policies. I would even go as far as predict Hillary would get 92% of the black vote compared to Obama’s 95%. It will be a vote for justice for Obama in their mind. You can already hear Jackson and Sharpton on their bullhorns shouting of the injustices Obama received. If we think these debates are entertaining just wait for the election.

Wishful thinking on behalf of dems....that BHO just goes away.

Can't imagine that he leaves voluntarily, as he will want to be guaranteed that he can play golf everyday and the wife and kids can fly off and stay first-class anywhere in the world anytime they want. All of this t no cost to them...in other words, the same deal they have now!
