Top female advisers felt left out by a boy's club in the White House where rampant infighting sabotaged the administration's economic decisions, according to a controversial new book.
Sidelined and ignored in the West Wing, some women aides reportedly complained to President Obama about their treatment in 2009. In an excerpt obtained by the Washington Post, a female senior aide is quoted as calling the White House a hostile environment for women.
Confidence Men: Wall Steet, Washington and the Education of a President, by journalist Ron Suskind, is due out in the shops next Tuesday.
Former Communications Director Anita Dunn calls the work environment 'hostile' in the book, which she now denies having said According to the Post, former White House Communications Director Anita Dunn says in the book: 'This place would be in court for a hostile workplace because it actually fit all of the classic legal requirements for a genuinely hostile workplace to women.'

At first I thought Ayers was joking. I got up; and went to the door. He moved quickly to block me at the doorway. He locked the door and put the chain on it. I went to the couch and sat down and told him that I had no intention of having sex with his roommate and his brother or him. He said that I had no choice but to do as he said if I wanted to get out of there. He claimed that I wouldnt sleep with his married roommate because he was black -- that I was a bigot. I had gone to school with black kids and had them as friends all my life. I couldnt believe he was saying that to me
I guess they all read Bill Ayers book "How to Pick Up Girls."
FOX NEWS showed a clip of Michelle Obama hovering over a family while they were eating at a restaurant. Now if I had been one of the diners I would have told her she was creeping me out and to please leave. Course, if it was Laura Bush, I would have invited her to sit down with us and talk as long as she wanted about anything she wanted.
Mrs. Steaming is downright demoniac looking. The expressions on her face can only be described as infernal.
I have thought that was the case with Hillary ever since the 2008 Democrat primaries when she suddenly lost delegates (was it Florida and Michigan?) and her campaign started to lose steam. I remember Dubya Bush had a private meeting with her at some point and wondered if he was relaying the message (from what you call the cabal) that it "wasn't her turn" this time around.
