you forgot “went on strike”
I remember about 1977-78, WV coal miners went on strike (struck against their coal company employers) to force WV lawmakers to change the law, so they didn’t have to take their studded snow tires off on April 1st as the law required.
I think this was the strike that broke the camel’s back.
Yeah, I did forget that. Should be “go on strike for stupid or no reasons whatsoever” in there.
