After Iowa and New Hampshire, Romney will be history.

You heard it here first.

They both may find themselves fighting in the dust
Of Sarah Palin’s campaign. We’ll see.

Gotta love the MSM salivating over the prospect of a long battle that might generate ammunition that they will then use against the winner when it comes to the general election against Obama.

It’s positively creepy how much groundwork is being laid NOW for their surely Orwellian treatment of the 2012 election. Exhibit A is the demonization of the Tea Party - they are trying to drill into gullible people’s heads that the Tea Party somehow represents a crazy, extremist and dangerous idea. They aren’t going to let the fact that the Founding Fathers set up a limited federal government get in the way of the narrative.

For some reason I think Newt will work himself back into the conversation. He came across as highly Presidential and bright in the Reagan debate.

Finally, I think that if Jim DeMint decided to run, he’d not only be the instant frontrunner, but would unite conservatives of all stripes a lot more than any of the current candidates do. Anyone have any insight why he’s not running?

Romney’s support is illusory. He lost already. Perry will be the nominee and POTUS unless someone else jumps in.

I don’t trust Perry. He’s too liberal on issues.

But I really, really, REALLY HATE Romney. He’s beyond a phoney.

Whether it is Perry or Palin, somebody needs knock Romney out of the nomnination. Romney is not an option. As recently as yesterday, he use the automobile insurance mandate to defend his MA healthcare insurance mandate. Bachmann and Santorum would be wise to abandon their Romney suck up and focus their fire at him instead of the leading conservative in the race. Palin too, and she needs to get in the race or quit sniping at Perry from the sidelines. Does she want Romney to get the nomination? It actually wouldn’t surprise me because she does work for FNC who clearly supports Romney.
