Who should oppose Rep. Schakowsky? Her new district will include most of New Trier, Northfield, and Wheeling Townships, areas that have a lot of Republicans. I hope that a conservative township official or mayor will run.

I (along with many others) worked my butt off for Joel Pollack last time out. I thought he ran a good campaign, had lots of resources, and a huge crew of volunteers. Still could not get more than 33%. I don't know if he's planning another run or not.

In the meantime, I'm out of the ninth with the new map. If it holds up in court, I'll be a Dold guy ... could he be any less visible in DC?

Joel Pollak moved to the Los Angeles area. This week, a reporter asked Joel whether he’ll move back to the Chicago area, to run for Congress. He said that he won’t do that.

I would get in touch with Pollack and see if he is considering another run. So many of our good guys don’t make it the first time around, like our Allen West here in Florida.

What happened in NY and NV is showing us this time around Republicans will have a much better chance in high DEM areas as folks are turning on Ovomit and his gang!
