It would be a temporary fix with the specter of judicial activism always lurking around the corner.
The ultimate fix would be a Federal Marriage Amendment which establishes the man/woman dynamic throughout society, with provisions covering the Armed Forces of the U.S.
I disagree simply because this will only allow the government ONCE AGAIN to tell us what we can and cannot do. They do that too much already
