Bob Turner’s campaign filed for - and received - a court order to impound all absentee ballots, citing “gross incompetence” by the Board of Elections. Turner’s lawyers charged that absentee ballots were sent to dead people and voters who didn't ask for them. The campaign claimed at least five dead people were issued ballots.
