If gay marriage can’t win in Chuck Schumer’s old district why do some GOP bosses insist the party must support it?

Political correctness is such a strong force in our popular culture, on marriage and other issues. The gay activists and Hollywood idiots have framed the debate as one of discrimination, and that banning homosexual marriage is the same as the old bans on inter-racial marriage.

It’s becoming more difficult for politicians to say that they prefer traditional marriage. The liberal noise machine orchestrates meltdowns and hyperventilates, so that some politicos want to avoid the issue altogether rather than say they think marriage should be 1 man 1 woman.

How many of you would have thought, about 15 years ago, that marriage would be a flashpoint in the culture wars? And that if you said you believe in traditional marriage, that this would get you labeled as a bigot, hater, and worse???? That’s the cultural backdrop we’re up against anymore.

Worse, why won't these election master-minds like Karl Rove and Steve Schmidt use it as a wedge issue? They're always telling us we need to work harder for "minority" votes. Well, here's an issue that is tailor made to convince Black and Hispanic voters to abandon the Democrat bandwagon and these idiots won't touch it with a 10 foot pole.
