Dave Wasserman of Cook Political Report: Ive seen enough, its done
now very comfortable making this projection: Bob Turner (R) defeats David Weprin (D) in #NY9 If Wasserman says it, you may safely pop the corks on the champagne!
To: Darnright
>And in Nevada, a poster on Twitter reports:
>RT @redistrict: Not only have Dems lost #NY09 (and possibly by double digits), Kate Marshall (D) may not even come within 15 pts in #NV02...

At current trends, if voting percentages stay equal per borough, and each precinct has equal votes...
...Turner wins 56.3% to 43.7% (a 12.6 point spread).
(According to my spreadsheet.)

Actually, 2/3 of Queens is in and its back to 50/50. Less than 1/3 of Brooklyn is in and its remaining about 70/30 for Turner. IF the voting trends hold, Turner should win by about 5-6,000 votes.

126 precincts left in Queens 115 in Brooklyn
Turner up 53% to 46% this one is over. What a win for America and a huge defeat for Obama. This could be double digit win in the 9th!

Hey Obama, Read it and Weeprin!

Dave Wasserman's tallies show Welprin underperforming in his districts by a sizeable margin. This one won't even be close in the end.
